Doctor perspectives

Understand the doctor before you book

Korean doctors write about their expertise, their approach, and what a visit actually looks like — in their own words, in English.

Signature expertise

Why I treat sun damage before anything else

Most patients ask about brightening first. I usually start somewhere less visible — and the reasoning matters more than the order.

What a thorough checkup should actually tell you

A long list of test results isn’t the same as understanding your health. Here’s what I want patients to walk away knowing.

Visit experience

A patient arrived set on a procedure. We talked them out of it.

Not every visit ends in treatment. This one ended in a second opinion the patient hadn’t expected — and didn’t need to pay for.

Why KRACE exists

Built by a founder who spent 5 years on the patient’s side

I spent five years coordinating patient care at a breast imaging center in a major U.S. hospital. Patients kept asking me the same things — not about the procedure, but about the doctor. How does she think? Has she seen a case like mine? Will she tell me the truth if a procedure isn’t worth it?

When friends started asking me how to find a trustworthy clinic in Korea, I realized the same questions had no good answers in English. The information that exists is either marketing, or anonymous forum threads.

I built KRACE so that Korean doctors could speak for themselves — their philosophy, their expertise, the cases they’ve seen — in their own words, in English. My job is to review which providers belong in that space, and to help patients get from reading to booking.

Common questions

Before you ask us anything

Yes. Consultation and matching are free — partner providers pay us, not you. When you’re ready to book, you’ll place a deposit that counts toward your treatment cost.
